During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active Account on ph352. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. ph352 employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, associated balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph352 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ph352 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
Account Verification: ph352 may require Account verification at any time, including but not limited to upon registration, before processing withdrawals, and in response to suspicious activity. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension.
ph352 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable transaction fees for each payment method are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph352 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment methods not matching the registered account holder's identity may be declined or held pending investigation.
ph352 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposit amounts are converted at the applicable exchange rate for non-PHP funding sources.
ph352 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawals of real-money Account Balance may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable security checks.

If a malfunction results in an error affecting a wager, ph352 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

Consequences: Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities may face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.
All content on the ph352 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game software, logos, trademarks, the ph352 brand name, website design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph352 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph352 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any aspect of the Platform or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph352 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
ph352's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the actual Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose.
Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to limit or exclude ph352's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph352 relating to your Account or any aspect of these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact ph352 customer support to attempt resolution informally. ph352 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph352's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority responsible for licensing ph352. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
ph352 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying Players via email or Platform notification.
Continued use of the ph352 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact ph352 to close your Account.
